VILLA LAGUNA is located in a wonderful location characterized internationally as a Natura site of infinite beauty.

One side of the Villa lies on the edge of a pine forest, while the other borders the seaside.

At the exterior areas of ​​the Villa, covering 3000 m² with lawn, deckchairs and umbrellas one can participate in any activity, savor the view of the Athos lagoon, the forest and the sea with the natural harbors opposite the small island DIAPOROS, as well as use the kiosk with the grill and enjoy a delicious meal.

The Villa is designed in a simple and elegant way to conform with the natural landscape having the best functionality.

VILLA LAGUNA is located in SITHONIA, HALKIDIKI at LIVARI, VOURVOUROU, 100 km. from Thessaloniki, 90 km from the MACEDONIA airport, 10 km from the village NIKITI and 3 km from the settlement of VOURVOUROU,  where you can rent boats to visit all the fantastic beaches of the small islets and DIAPOROS. There are also taverns, bars and restaurants and organize excursions with canoe-kayak. From ORMOS PANAGIAS, 3 km away, you can buy fresh fish and go on a mini cruise to the monasteries of ATHOS and beaches accessed only from the sea. Near the Villa (you can go there on foot) there is a campsite with a mini market and taverns.

It consists of two levels

The top level has three bedrooms with a magnificent panoramic view from the veranda to the sea and the forest; the large room has its own bathroom with a large bath tub and the other two rooms share one more bathroom.

The ground floor has a spacious, bright living room with access to the garden, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is also a room with two double beds, two children’s beds, a refrigerator and large windows with views to the garden and the sea.
